Oxygen Fitness Kids Workouts

Starting week of September 12th -

CrossFit Kids is an introductory level program for children and teens that builds core to extremity flexibility, strength and range of motion. Young athletes will be taught various positions and movement patterns to develop proper mechanics which will in turn lead to constantly varied high intensity functional movements. Consistency in the program is the key to progressing in both sports and every day life. 

Mondays and Wednesdays

Ages 13-15 

3:00-3:45 p.m.

Ages 8-11 
3:45-4:30 p.m.


Starting September 13th -

flex-O-bility with Jenn Buckman

Flexibility, stretching, posture, and relaxation.  This class helps teens with injury prevention, muscle & body awareness, and mental clarity.  It is a true complement to the athletic and physically rigorous demands of teens in sports today.  


4:15-5:00 p.m.
